You should consider the following when
choosing a wedding reception site:
• Is the site available the day and
time you want?
• How many people can the site accommodate?
•
Is there a dance floor? If so, how large is it?
• Is there room for
live music or a dj?
• Is there an in-house catering service? Do you
have to use them?
• Are the table, chairs and linins provided?
• Can the reception site recommend a florist, caterer, or dj/band?
• Will there be bartenders, doormen and valet parking?
• How much
will renting the reception site cost (including sales tax and tip)?

Is there a coatroom?
• Can you have an open bar or a semi-open bar?
• Does the facility have more than one reception room?
• Will
there be another party on your wedding date?
• Is there enough parking
at the reception site? Is there valet parking?
• Get the date, time,
services and policies in writing!!!
